Shipping Policies

Most Items will ship within 2 to 10 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Embroidery on bags usually takes 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed until we ship to you. Actual delivery time is different depending on what part of the country you live in, if you need exact dates please contact us to verify. You will be notified promptly via email about any problems with your order.

If you would like expedited shipping, you have a Next Day Air Option or a 2-3 Day Air Option at check-out, otherwise it will ship standard ground. We use FedEx, UPS & USPS to ship our products nationally. We can not ship to a P.O. Box. We do not ship to Canada, or outside the US unless prior approved. Please contact us with any questions about shipping.

Orders exceeding one package or considered oversized due to weight or size may
be subject to additional fees. A Customer Service Representative may contact you regarding your order.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.


Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.


Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
